Free Shipping Across India
1. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
2. Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and then handed over to our trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, your order will usually reach you within 7 working days. During peak periods such as sales, festive seasons, or special promotions, delivery timelines may be slightly extended. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services, unforeseen logistical challenges, or recipient unavailability at the time of delivery. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is estimated within 6 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Aman Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Address & Delivery Details
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. If the courier service is unable to deliver due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for returned shipments due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team or call us at +91 9407430150. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Unboxing Recommendation
For your convenience and to help us resolve any potential concerns, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you open your package. This helps us address issues related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products more efficiently.
